Shipping Rates & Costs
Thank you for your order! Shipping rates vary by region and priority. Domestic shipping within the United States is offered at a flat rate of $6.00 USD, and Insured Priority Shipping is offered at $10.00 USD. Expedited U.S. shipping (via UPS) is dependent on the delivery address, but typically ~$9.00/ Anhkara Natural ships internationally at a rate of $15.00 USD. Shipping rates and costs are non-negotiable and subject to change.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
Strands ship after they are manufactured, which is approximately 4 days following order placement. After strands are packaged, they can take up to 1-3 days to ship. Please keep this in mind while ordering and calculating the arrival times of strand(s). Every waistbead is beautifully crafted by hand just for you!
Domestic Standard Shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive, while Insured Priority has a much shorter ETA of 1-3 business days. For international shipping, order arrival ranges from 7-14 business days to complete.
Missing & Destroyed Packages
Anhkara Natural has no control over packages that get lost in transition or damaged before arrival, however, we would love to help! Please visit our Contact Page and include your order number in your message. An Anhkara Natural representative will respond in the order in which messages are received.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Information
RETURNS
In the event you have issues with tying your strand or they fall off for any reason within the first 7 calendar days, we are happy to replace them. Please mail it back with our Oops! Form, no questions asked.
Please return your broken waist beads to: 1135 Camino Palisada #301, Chula Vista, CA. Include your name and order number in the package.
Once we receive your broken beads we will send a replacement of the same style or if that style is not available we will contact you with options for substitution.
REFUNDS
Items that come damaged, defective or incorrect are eligible for refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.A replacement strand will be mailed to you free of charge. Please visit our Contact Page for any additional information about our policy.
EXCHANGES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged, defective or incorrect. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
